Darth Revan Complete Armor Suit - 332nd Legion Approved Design (501st Based)

Your armor is ready Lord Revan....

From the legend comes the armor that struck fear into his enemies. Revan was the Jedi that inspired a legion of Jedi to rebel against the order and take up arms against the invading Mandalorian Hordes.

Inspired by the iconic character, The Star Forge is happy to bring you a true 501st approved armor set for your Revan cosplay.

These armor pieces are made to order. It can be provided to you as a raw print to be finished by you, or it can be finished by us in a 501st approved paint scheme.

The chest armor is made with an strong 3D printed plastic resin and it's durable and light. Price shown is for a RAW armor straight from the printer. Accurate measurements are needed in order to make these pieces fit properly. As each part is made to order, they are sized to the measurements you provide.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS AN ARMOR SET ONLY no soft parts are included in this listing. Scaling over 20% of the original size will incur an additional cost. Please contact us for measurements to confirm. This armor set is supplied with some parts needing assembly. Overly large or difficult to print parts cannot be made in one piece and must be assembled. Instructions for such parts will be supplied.*

You can choose between this options:

RAW:

Straight from the printer, supports and flash will be removed, without straps. Available in 8-19 weeks.

Your options for the suit is as follows:

Full Suit: All the armor pieces (not painted) and the cloth costume parts.

332nd Legion PAINTED (501st):

Prepped, primed, painted, aged, sealed. Ready to be immediately worn and conquer any event! This paint job is based on the 501st Legion reference library. This is for just the armor parts painted and does not include the cloth costume.

Armor No Mask: Same as above armor kit but with no mask.

Cloth Costume: All the soft cloth costume parts. Cape, hood, belt sash and loin cloth, and split skirt. Length from the shoulder to floor plus 3/4" as well as from waist to floor plus 3/4" is required.

Full Armor Suit: All the large armor parts and belt are included and are printed in one piece. Not painted and will require sanding and paint to be finished.

Painted and Costume: The complete armor set including the mask will be painted to the 332nd (501st) paint scheme. Three tone copper patina and black. As well as a complete cloth costume set (as listed above). Sanded, Primed, and painted in the a two stage process. Please contact me about painted commissions as all painted commissions will be handled through a Paypal invoice.

Cloth costume parts are now available. These just like the armor is made to order and is adjusted according to height.

RAW STRAIGHT FROM THE PRINTER. As with all 3D printed projects. Some small defects are to be expected. All defects will be small enough to remove in the prep stage before primer and paint is applied.

International orders welcome. For US and International Orders please contact for an updated shipping cost.

****Due to a drastic increase is demand our current production time as of March 3rd 2022 is now at approx a 8-10 month wait for all larger painted commissions as well as large suit orders. Fully painted and completed armor suits will be a longer production time. then stated in the listings. So please be patient. All commissioned work will be completed for you. We are working hard to keep up with the current (and growing and never ending) demand, so please be patient. All orders will be filled as soon as possible and updates will be given to all those who are in the queue. Clones, and Troopers are the majority of current orders and take a considerable amount of time to size and create and paint. 2021 started off with a lot of fully painted suit commissions and has carried through into 2022. With the large amount on going and in the queue we are going into at least a 6 month wait for printed armor orders. So just be aware of the wait times.****
